The Rescue Rangers cart in your PC10 is actually designed by the same guy that is head of all game production at Capcom today. He also is most well known for Megaman/Rockman.

You seriously need a traditional fighter like SF2. Maybe you've specifically tried to avoid silver age fighters... dunno

Yes, $950 is too much for that Cocktail.

You can buy the 60 in 1 JAMMA boards for about $130 and then find a good used JAMMA cocktail for a few hundred dollars. It's an EASY install if the cabinet is already wired JAMMA.

Street Fighter didn't pave the way for anything on this page! :)
