Hello,

I am new to the forum, this is my first post.  I don't own any arcade cabinets (yet) but having grown up in the 80's I love the 1979 -1983 arcade games best.  My first would either be a or a Centipede.
John, I have watched most of your Youtube videos and am looking forward to Part 2 of the Journey build.  So far I have listened to episodes 24 -29 of the Arcade Outsiders Podcast and think its great.  Thank you Shawn and Joe for all the effort you put in to the podcast.
Finally, John has mentioned a couple times that he owned an Atari 800XL.  I got the 600XL for Christmas in 1983, and quickly bought some great arcade ports to play at home.  I bought ten carts at JC Penney until the machine died on me 6 months later.  Good Times.

Thanks.

Sweet! Thanks for joining the forum!

I still have my 800XL and it still works! Every now and then I set it up. I was thinking about doing a video of it sometime. I REALLY loved on it back then. I thought it was such an amazing port! Hmmm.... I should do this sooner than later! LOL!
