I have a quick question. How much should I pay for complete but non working arcades? I know there are alot of variables but lets assume the cab is in good shape but for some reason it won't power on. How much is a fair price?

depending on the condition I'd say $50-$200.  Some things need a ton of work to be set right and you don't want to pay $500+ for a fixer-upper
