Hey guys quick question, i picked up my 4600 from a friend it has bad screen burn but looks pretty good considering. Today i turn it on and now it shows a blue screen, i can still see the game through the blue screen but im trying to troubleshoot it.  Any suggestions? Im sure it needs a cap kit but is that whats causing it?

Thanks guys

Just a guess but I'd say either the blue gun is stuck on because the gun is bad, OR.... the transistor on the neck board that controls the blue gun is bad and stuck in the on position. There's a few other things in that circuit like resistor and such that could cause the transistor not to work the right way, but I'd guess the transistor itself. They are a cheap part and easy to swap, so even if it doesn't fix it, it's worth trying.
