I thought it might be a Moppet, but after some looking around I don't think so. Does any know?

Not a Moppet.  Appears to be a Williams cabaret cabinet that had the bottom cut off.

it might be but its only 17" wide not 23" like a Williams would be. I think it was made small for a chucky cheese or something?

17inch wide is correct for a williams cabaret cabinet. Control Panel is 16 7/8" x 6 7/8".  13" monitor
