I am wondering can a Pole Position be changed over to a Pole Position 2. By simply just changing the PCB from P 1 to P 2 using the same video board or is the video board from P2 different?

i think its just a rom swap but i could be wrong.  i know the pinouts are identical.  there is a lot of proprietary ic's which may be an issue if they improved hardware from pp1-pp2.
