So, what is this thing (circled in red in the below image)? Over John's left shoulder and above his Tron game?

It's a digital picture frame that plays a bunch of JPGs off of an SD card. The images on the card are random arcade images and some neon signs.

I need to update those images. Stuff on there is OLD.
