Do you think it will be alright to use a 15 amp power supply instead of the 20amp. The +5VDC 20amp was on the old power supply and the new i got was says +5VDC 15amp.

I'm working on a street fighter cabinet and power keeps fluctuating so i thinking its bad power supply, so i went to change it out and started with moving them over one at a time, +5vDC then i moved onto +5v RTN but the new one power supply did not have a RTN, where can i place this?

Thanks for the info John, seems like bad news then. When i was looking at that tube i seen a crack. Well i'll try a cap kit and if thats does not work i will be back asking how to find a new monitor.
