I am lost!

Yes it did work before and now it don't, it is a single cabinet minitor,I do not have another board to check.

 What is the procedure for having the CPU dummy chip or jumper wire to work.
Not sure what you or saying.

 I forgot to add to my first post that I found one of the IC op amps burned up on the board,it look like it shorted out or something.

I have a super mario bro's arcade game that powers up but no graphics what could be the problem. monitor powers up fine no game.
