Hi guys

I am new to this so please forgive me if I don't give the right info
I would appreciate the knowledge from you guys

I have a playchoice 10
Picked it up for £100, yes sorry all live in U.K.
Was not working when bought, cleaned the crt board mtc9000 and it worked
Next time turned on heard loads or cracking/sparking for rear,
I replaced flyback, cap kit, hot etc, I now have no neck glow, checked volts running high @ 165+, I removed d10 and got white flickering line across the screen
What am I missing
