Ok, this is slightly different, you have a balnk area on the screen, and it looks like the boot up screen. So i would guess information is not being sent out, so you have a bad chip on the board, and the board is watch doging, it,s trying to start but it can,tbecause of a error.

The arking will cause issues with your sound and video, the arking will cause voltage issues on the chassis, and interference wich will be picked up and amplified  by the audio circuitry and the sound will be heard  in the speakers

Have some one check your flyback, when they crack they will make the noises  you are hearing, and cause electrical  proublem  you are having. Best to leave the game off until uou have it looked at... 1 thing you can do is make sure the neck board is connected firmly.  If it has pulled off you will get arking between the pins.and it will cause a high pitched sound also.

lowe,s sales remote outlet controls, three outless, and one remote, each outlet has to plug outlets, i use these, they are 15,and 20 amp outlets, 2 versions, if you can find the 20 there the best, but the 15 amp will work, the remote will let you turn on 6 games total, if both are hooked to one remote controled outlet, i hope this helps, and some others just use there breaker box and turn on the power to thwere room outlets, but i like the lowe,s remote outlets.

i keep seeing people tossing old pins into the trash, and dumpsters, and it,s not who you would guess it to be, it,s the shops. i see them claiming to be of such high standards, we fix this or we do that, and we are so great , you should watch our youtube feeds, and what i have seen makes me sick, they have taken games with little or minor wear and tear  pulled a few parts for ebay and into the dumpster with the rest.i myself have found these games on the curb and dumpster. and once i followed a truck with scrap on the bed and on top the scrap pile 2 pins , i curently have the 2 games in my collection.but to get to the point.groups like this one and others have people with skills to surpass the largest of repair shops,and outsource centers.if you know of a place that junks games, ask them to give them away. it will not hurt their wallets.and in time , you will see these games repaired by those who love the games. ///// what are other members thoughts?
