Have an invasion board that I would like to change to mk4 . What  roms do I change and where can I get them.  Does anybody here can burn the roms and how much does it cost.  I will read on it some more.

HOT PH-L9804 and cap .056uf 250v  I been reading alot about 2702 and it looks like I got the wrong cap for location c423.  I was going by the manual and thought 2701 and 2702 were the same but I guess not.  I read a post on the 2702 and they had a cap of .056uf @250 v at c423 while the manual with 2701 has the .92uf @ 400v.  This is for road burners game.  I was given about 25 games and trying to read everything avalible to get this games working.

Replaced the burned cap and added a cap kit with a new flyback but still getting a ticking sound coming from the monitor board. No glow just dead monitor ticking. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Anybody have any idea where to get this part .92uf/400v capacitor?

Looking for a vender that carries a 924J/400V capacitor, it is c423 on the service manual. I ordered  a cap kit and flyback but couldn't find this part and it's the on that is burned on the board. Any ideas what could have cause for it burn up?

Trying to get this game going. It's the one with the helmet that you see out off.  Can't seem to get the cd and boot disk to work so the the game can load on the computer tower.  Any body have any idea how to load it or is there any other way to make the game work? Here are some pictures of  what I got.

Thanks, that worked. It was driving me crazy. Now to fixing the guns and having some fun. Then to Area 51 board that is getting power but no picture or sound. Only one red light (power) is on the board other four are not D14 D15 D16 D17. Thanks again we learn something everyday.

Need some help with my carnevil pcb. One of the chips on the board is smoking every time I turn on the power. The number or location of chip is c42, its a tiny thing and looks like its already melted some.  As I turn on the power it will suck all the power supply as it attemps to start and start smoking.
Any ideas where I can find out what this chip is and does? Power is ok up till the board hardness.

I got it to work but the picture on the screen is not full on the left and right. I can move the screen top and bottom but cant move the left and right to fill the whole monitor screen. Any ideas what could be the problem.

Looking for some advice or help on a  killer instinct I just got.  Let start with monitor, it keeps scrolling up and down also the screen is not full on left and right. Tried the the ajustment but couldn't get the picture right. Also the game will play  and coin up but then it wil shut down to the bule screen and have to restart to get it going.  I was able to play it for awhile with any problems, but when I shut it down and restarted it did the same thing after awhile it went to the blue screen. When its on the blue screen both lights on pcb board are off. When the game is playing are both lights need to be on?

Hey, got the game working but the picture is upside down.  I think some wires are not in the right place.  One set of wires near the fly back are red and blue. Then there is a set that are green and yellow on the other side. Any ideas which could be wrong?  Also the fire button wont work.  Replaced the flyback and two caps.
