This is the page I used to help me set up Daphne on my pi. The controller file at the end didn't work for me so I changed mine to get it to work with my controller with the buttons where I wanted them.
The .command file will look different depending on the game you are adding to your pi. It will reflect the command line data (screen size, dip switches, etc...) that would be sent to daphne to run the game. I can share to setup I used for mine if you need it.

I watched your video on that Raspberry Pi 3 setup and got me to take the plunge and get one for myself. I have wanted to get one and set it up for a while but never did it. I was super easy to setup after watching your struggles setting up yours. I have the old consoles and Mame set up on mine and it plays really well. I think I am going to use it and build a little bartop cab to run games on. I also figured out that I could set up Daphne on it as well. I have Dragon's Lair and Space Ace set up on it right now since I have those DVD's of those games. It was a bit more detailed in getting set up initially but figured it out and they run great.

Thanks for the video, it really got me inspired to do something with a Raspberry Pi.

I had that remote board on my Neo Geo which had a K7000 in it. It has a ribbon cable that connects to the chassis where those adjustments are.

Most of these I have not played before so it was a bit of a new challenge.
I played each one 5 or 6 times and recorded my score.
I am sure these are terrible, but I may revisit some of these at a later date.

It was a pretty good pale ale. Seemed like it had some lemon in it and a hint of riboflavin to smooth it out. I will have to finish them this weekend.

Went to the liquor store and saw this and knew it was right up my alley. I haven't had any yet but one of my friends vouches for it. It is brewed in Manhattan, Kansas. Will probably have some tonight at dinner.

Picked up a 1976 Gottlieb Ship Ahoy from a yard sale. The owner informed me that restored, the game would fetch a $4000.00 price tag. How could I resist such a valuable game? He turned it on and it clicked repeatedly and would not stop. He told me that some pinball guru from South Carolina would be in town and could repair the game. He sold me the game for $275 and took it home. I got it home and looked it over for a bit and figured out that that ball counter was the mech that was constantly actuating. The number of selection was 5 and 3 . The 5 ball position had build up on it, so I cleaned it and turn on the game and it went to 5 and stopped. So the game plays fine now. Some of the lights are not coming on so I need to dive in some more and get those running.

I say mask it off and paint it black. It will give it some character like it was a well played machine.

The only real rough area is in the middle between Ms Pac and the first ghost. The eyes are a little rough on the first ghost too. You might be able to touch it up with some paints. It is just a matter of how much roughness you are willing to accept on your cab.

I am not doing anything with mine. I was just showing StevesArcade what I did with mine. He is the one looking to do something with his artwork on the front of his cab.

I didn't clear coat mine. I just left it as it was. His art might be badly damaged and would need to be replaced.
It is silk screened on there but a vinyl graphic might be a good alternative to the silk screening.

This is my Ms Pac after I rebuilt the cabinet since the old one was badly water damaged.
