Really frustrating! Sorry to hear, wish there was something more I could do. I see their price is REALLY cheap for side art. On mine there was a a very thin clear plastic that I had to remove to get into the 3M adhesive back. I personally don't feel that spray glue(Super77) will go on 100% smooth. I would be a little upset, I totally feel your pain. Some of these graphics are just hard to get and the quality of some reproductions are not he best. You would think at the current time with all the available of different types of vinyl. It would be easier to get our hands on stuff that is much closer to NOS in thickness and quality.

You will have to rebuild the joysticks. The new centering grommet is $9.50 I got my Art from game on graphics. I thought the CPO was very thin and not nearly as sticky as the original. The colors seem spot on and looks great. I have some areas on the edges were the CPO is peeling up, but it might be my fault. I didn't buy side art, but people use their side art a lot. I also see CPO and marquee on eBay cheaper. But, I felt that Game On Graphics had much better looking colors and cleaned up noise.

I know what you mean. It breaks my heart watching games be pushed off the roof.
From a business stand point. Sometimes the damage will cost more to repair than the game's worth. If the Return On Investment is a loss many will dump the game before putting tons of hours into it.
Also consider some of the games look good on the outside. I saw an EM in the trash once. I was like WHOA SCORE! The cabinet looks good. But the glass was missing play field wore out real bad. The reels were locked and missing numbers. Under the play field looked like mice or something had been chewing the wires or someone just cut a bunch of them. Now a real fan of the game and hobby could spend tons of time fixing it.
John has a game full of mold right now. Many would just strip it and toss the cabinet because of the mold.
I think my point is, unseen damage or parts missing can sometimes just be to much.
