Title: First freebie score
Post by: BubbaLou on May 18, 2017, 12:21:00 am
Answered one of those weird brief postings for free arcade games. It worked out, picked up (2) TMNT cabs missing just the whole control panels and pcbs (and they both have just the single speaker on top, (2) midway cabs; NBA Jam and MK2 (both missing the same as the other 2, and (2) others that have golden tee 2K and golden tee fore ( both up and running after repairing some wire issues. Last week picked up anothe free game from my cousin which he had at his work. Ended up being a hacked up, painted over neo geo. 3 coats of paint stripper later got to the original  cab graphics. Need to find a lot of parts to bring it back to original. But it has Soul Edge running in it now.

Sweet! Congrats on the score. I remember my first freebie. It was a Continental Circuit. The screen says Continental Circus! Translation issue. Look it up. Gas pedal worked as a brake. Kinda weird setup but a cool game.
