Found this on craigslist this is a Weird conversion

I know its not original but I don't know the cabinet

Don't know it either, but I would bet it was something like a Video Poker game or something of the sort.

Actually its from a Company called Elcon Industries "It said it on the Control Panel" I looked them up apparently the made games like Circus, A pong clone and breakout clone both called Blockbuster, A bowling game and more, From my research "AKA google images" it could have been a Astro Combat but the Control Panel is different. Apparently they date back to the 1970s

Cool looking cabaret style. From what I can see from the coin door, it's not 70's. More info (pics, monitor size,monitor is, etc) may be helpful.

Thought I would Bump the thread with some finds That I have of Elcon Apparently they were in a lawsuit with Nintendo, also some pictures of there games and what I think the cabinet is
