Title: Johns Arcade Forum Music Collaboration Thread
Post by: tombutler on March 27, 2015, 04:18:06 pm
Hey yall.

I have been playing music for the past ten years or so and have lately gotten into doing collaborations with people online.  The basic premise is to take some music jam on it a while, record something, upload it and post it here for everyone to check out.  It has been really fun in the past and I even started a "band" called psychic tendrils because of doing this.

I know it can be a bit weird to put yourself out there or jam on music that you dont know the key or timing but if you are interested it would be awesome to get some stuff going here.

For a few samples of stuff I have collaborated with people on check out http://www.psychictendrils.blogspot.com or my soundcloud http://www.soundcloud.com/tombutler

All songs on my soundcloud are royalty free so if you wanted to use them in a video or whatever they are fair game.

Good times and Jam on yall.

Hey guys.  Added a Keyboard track to the drum track I already uploaded.  If anyone out there plays guitar this one would be a good one to jam on.  It needs a bit of fill in.

The Tempo of this song is 83 bpm

The Key is c I am pretty sure

If you add anything you are willing to share be sure to upload and post in this thread so we can all hear.

I softened the high hats and re uploaded the track.
