Do you have any loose or corroded connections? I was having a similar problem with my NEOGEO monitor and all I ended up having to do is clean and reseed all the connectors...

Which Star Wars game? If it's vector, it sounds like you have collapse. You need to replace the chassis transistors. What type of monitor? 6100 or Amplifone? |
