Where are you?  That's the one kisok I'd love to have myself.  I'm not sure what they are going for nowdays but it depends on what Pokefan you're talking to.  They are sorta hard to get to print since you need those unused prepaid cards, ink and paper...

I've seen oddly enough, quite a few of these for sale. Prices are usually $50-150 when I see them. I believe the paper is still available but I would have to dig deep to find the sources.
