How about the Universus board that about to be released?

That's awesome. Love this hobby!

I actually have this game.  A buddy of mine found it at a garage sale in mint condition!  Lucky.  I am fortunate enough to be able to have my 7 year old play it.  Not many kids his age can say that.

For me, it's spending $500 on my Betson 27" Multisync monitor.  Now that I'm DEEP in the hobby, I realized I didn't really need it.

The other regret I have it making an "all in one" MAME control panel that played every game under the sun.  Simpler is better.

Here's my "Frankenpanel"

Here's my simpler design:

20  Tech and Marketplace / For Sale / Wanted / WTB: Super Pac-man marquee, bezel and Midway coin door on: August 19, 2015, 03:46:43 pm
Hi all,

I'm restoring a Super Pac-man and was hoping to grab the marquee, bezel and Midway coin door.  The coin door doesn't need to be in great shape.  I'm a pro and restoring coin doors so I don't mind putting elbow grease into them.  The marquee and bezel do not need to be perfect either, but at least decent.

If anyone has any sources on reproduction marquees and bezels I'd consider that too.

Thanks in advance!

Not sure why I didn't see this sooner.  I don't think I have notifications turned on.

VertexGuy, PM sent.

Thanks all!

Hi all, I'm looking for a 19" monitor for my Midway games.  I'm in the CT area.

Any leads?

Thanks in advance!

I need to buy a new HD camera first.  :-)  My previous one was stolen.  Angry

For the Nintendo cab, I plan to definitely do a restore.  Haven't decided on whether to do , Jr. or maybe even a Fix It Felix replica.  I'm leaning more towards the Jr only because I like the orange color over the light blue.  Actually, I'd prefer Mario Bros but I'm not sure if there are "normal" body parts for that (I thought they were only "wide" body).  I don't have a CP yet so it may be possible to make it Mario Bros with 2 players.  I may go the MAME route TEMPORARILY until I can save enough for a genuine board/ parts, etc.  It's tough because there's NOTHING in the cab at the moment, which means it will get expensive.

Anyone know if they make Multi-Nintendo boards out there? I think there's a DK/DK Jr/Mario Bros board that was in a 25" cabinet.  That would be awesome if I stumbled across that.  My buddy has the DKII kit for his , but I'd want a DK Jr in there too.  Arcade SD is an option with only Nintendo Games enabled too.  Hmmm.

As for the Centipede, I will probably work on that first, since I have most of the parts.  I am working on rebuilding the trackball at the moment.  Easy stuff.  The monitor and boards are a different story...

I paid this guy a visit.  Grabbed the empty DK Jr cabinet and a non-working Centipede he had.  They're in good hands.  :-)

Played it today. It is SWEEEET!  I'm jealous. I've always wanted a Robotron. Some guy (I think by the initials it was Michael Sao Pedro?) broke it in and scored 9,999,975points!  I scored a humbling 248,950.

Yeah, I'm running UnleashX too.  Hmm, it's been a while since I've modded mine.  Haven't heard of chimp.  How easy is that to run?  I used to use Slayer's boot disc to get everything on...
