Anyone know the best place to find Molex pin housing connectors? I'm rebuilding a JAMMA harness that is going in a cocktail. The wires are long enough but I'd love to split them and add a couple quick disconnects for when I need to remove the cp. online is okay, but I'm thinking more along the lines of Ace, Hone Depot, Lowes or Rat Shack.

Great Plains is pretty good.. All those brick and mortar place you mentioned won't have chit unless it's heavy duty electrical gauge stuff that you won't use..

Great Plains Electronics is the best place to order from. Prices are good and they ship pretty fast.

I've grabbed 12pin molex connectors at RadioShack but they will cost you about $4-5 for each side of the connector. Doing a bunch of connectors can get pricey there but they work in a pinch. I haven't seen any at Lowe's, Home Depot, etc.  You might find some stuff at an automotive parts store, but it will be limited.
