Thanks for approving me! I've been an avid follower for quite some time, just noticed the forum addition my last visit to the website.

Thanks for doing all the videos. You have exposed me to  any games I would normally would never have even tried. I was so excited to see the video of Timber then got a chance to play it at Barcade in Brooklyn a few weeks later, it was so great, I already knew what to do .

Also big thumbs up on all the restorations you do. You put way more time and effort into games than I do! As long as the monitor is sharp and I can play it, I really don't care the condition of the cab . Now all the sudden, I want to start restoring...

I have only played a handful of VS titles but so far SMB is just my favorite. Its so incredibly challenging versus the NES version. Still trying to beat all 8 levels on one !

Nice job! Do you have any problems with Hyperspin? I had it on my mame cab awhile but it had real bad memory leaks and it started hurting the game play experience, I ended up switching to the more config friendly but less cool Mala.

Hello!

My name is Ryan, Im 30 and I've been into arcade collecting for 13 years. I live in Apopka FL and I have about 18 games in my garage arcade. I just picked up my first semi-nintendo related cab which is a dedicated R-Type in outstanding condition for the right price of $150! I have been a follower of John's arcade for some time, his excellent restoration work is a real motivator for my own collection!

Looking forward to making some new friends!

Ryan
