Ms. Pacman-Galaga 20 Year Reunion monitor model

I was hoping that someone might be able to assist me in determining the model of the Wells-Gardner monitor that is in my Ms. Pacman-Galaga 20 Year Reunion machine. I know it is a larger monitor, but do not know the exact model or size. The tube type number is 088X0387-001, but that's all I have been able to tell so far. Is there another place I should be looking so I can see what I have? I have no idea if it is the 7401, 7500, or some other model. Thanks!
