Hi guys.
Maybe you could help me.
I'm trying to update a Cruis'n World rev. L1.3 to rev. L2.4
After doing some research I see that I can use the files on mame's roms to burn the necessary eeproms, but it appears that the file should be on .bin format.
I have someone that could burn the eeproms to me but I need the files to do it.
I have searched but I can't find it the files on .bin format.
In the mame's rom I have the files, but I don't know if could be burned as is, or if I should  convert the file in some way to .bin
I also see some sites that sells the eeproms already burned, but here in Brazil I haven't find someone that sells the eeproms already burned, to import from another country it could take 2 or 3 months to receive it.
That's why I'm trying to do it by myself.
If anyone can help me I appreciate it.

PS: sorry if my question isn't at the right place.

I think hobbyroms.com has a pretty good reputation. I have no idea what their lead time would be, though.

I have seen this site, the guy appear to have a very good reputation, but as I said beforce, it takes to much time to me receive it.
But if I don't have another way, I'll have to buy from him.
But for now still seaching.

File format does not matter at all when it comes to burning eproms. its always binary data. if you have a burner and blank eproms available you can just load in the files no matter what the extension is
often times mame will name the extension after the chip location, and that is fine.
