Are there any going out of business operators in WI with arcade games in warehouses?

I have a stern cabinet that is converted to an Ajax by Konami. I am converting it back to a stern game.   Anyone know where to get stern parts/artwork ?

When I turn on my super off-road game are you can see is a black screen with little white dots sparkling in the right corner. If you turn the brightness up there is an orange screen with lines going across it horizontally. What is this a pcb issue or monitor issue and what should I do?
