Can somebody please tell me if this is a bad idea.  These Sega Candy Cabinets have been on Craigslist by me for $250, they are Jamma and come with and appear to be working.  This would be my first arcade purchase.  The monitors in them look huge.  I would like to buy the 3 in 1 to get .  Any input would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Seems a safe bet for a starter cabinet, you'll learn loads.

I'm not commenting on the price, I'm in the Uk so prices are way different, but in terms of the cabinet and the fun you can have with jamma boards etc, hours of fun.

I'd buy them all and keep the best for yourself and sell the other two to fund other projects.

Buy one! Looks great for a starter cabinet! Grin

Like John said.. You could sell the other cabs in the future! You can make a lot more than $250 on these cabs, prob.  ;)

My first cab is still the only one I have.  It's a Sunset Riders 4 player that I think is a conversion.  I'm building a control panel so I can mame it.
