Title: My 2nd Youtube video - Getting Black Knight to Boot
Post by: MastarArcade on June 12, 2014, 11:18:04 pm
I decided to go ahead and try to make another video. This is how I got my Black Knight to boot, which turned out to be a very similar problem that John had with his Black Knight, but a different root cause.

Feedback welcome. Go easy on me! :D

so how are you coming on fixing it? Also a reminder here of what i told you in the chat yesterday incase you forgot.

Check the pinballs {i know hardy har har check yer balls} a pitted ball will destroy your playfield.

check the inserts for buckling. if they have buckled there is ways to restore them but its time consuming but very necessary.

I'm sure you've already done this step but your going to want to look at the ramps and make sure the plastics aren't cracked. same goes with the other parts. And where ever a ball goes into a lower track as in a under play field ramp there is going to be ware around the edge of the opening.
