I like pins, but was born into the video game era right when they took off I still can remember going to the arcade daily back in 1982, also they seem more intimidating to work on, with that said, I wouldn't mind finding a Flight 2000 it holds some good nostalgia memories for me...

recently I noticed after a while of playing TRON, the screen starts to grow or enlarge ( with a wave or bend to it in the right side ) like if the horizontal and vertical control was readjusted during play... I assume its a heat or voltage issue Huh?

where should I start ? thanks

Anthony

nice! I know its different but almost the same, I haven't touched a eprom burner since my 386 days, yet if I get to upgrading my UDOT to voice from an EDOT I think it will be needed...

right on ! yea I noticed that while cruising the arcade forums how liberal the bondo use is... it spreads like butter on old cabinets, but to some it seems like those using reproduction cabinets are one step above a mame builder!

being in the restoration world i'm use to the NOS vs reproduction arguments, but honestly was a little shocked to people being biased to original particle board cabinets vs an beautiful cnc cut one...

I can see the beauty in both thou, an original with history and the user who wants perfectly flawless how it came off the assembly line

currently I have a huge collection (not) of 3 games! my first was a freebie, its an Key Games / Atari - Super Bug, I've held onto it sitting in the garage for an easy 15 years and haven't got around to touching it, last I remember it powers up and only offers a low humming noise thru the speaker...

my other two fulfill my obsession with Tron... I have both the upright regular old Tron and a UDOT... both working & playable with a few little issues, I sure wish I would have thought to buy years ago when I got the Super Bug prices would have been much better ! HA !

with all that said, I found John's videos online, then followed to the forums here, and must say they are great, informative and perfectly for end users like me , they come from the view of a personal arcade game owner, without all the fluff an big words ( although I am still learning some of the arcade terms ect ) you should be very proud of your site here John !
