I have a Ms Pacman original arcade machine. I can hear sound, but I am not getting a picture. How can I confirm that the monitor is shot and not a bad connection or the PCB? What are the possible causes? Thanks for the help. Use your meter and check to make sure it's getting around 115-120VAC. If it is and you see neck glow and hear the monitor fire, chances are its a connection issue or something on the chassis.
