Ok at least it LOOKS like a neo geo machine now.
won at an auction for $50 , invested another $50 so far.

Day 1 photo.  Has a power supply... home made harness , tekken marquee , wtf is that CP ? tekken. no monitor.

How it sits today,  New harness.. added 2 slot. Recapped monitor,  got a front glass and bezel. cleaned the fuck outta it , cut a tinted piece of plexi for CP.

i'm going to guess at that control panel. it looks like a mortal kombat 5 button layout with the middle block button blocked out.

http://www.arcade-museum.com/images/111/1115577292.jpg

then it was converted to tekken 4 button layout but it is all funky

how much was the monitor?

it is looking very good now! i love neo geo. nice sam sho marquee

it really needs that control panel art
