If you have the manual you might check that the dip switch settings are set properly.

True restoration is an art form. Like any good artist you have to know what your doing. Painting a single line on a canvas and calling it a masterpiece does not fly in restoring a arcade machine. Do it right

I have changed the dip switch to the other settings but I don't think it has changed the level ? It seem all  are the same hardness Huh?? Is there a Reset or a new bootup setting after you change the dip switch ?

The actual game shouldn't change any except the fighters going from "beating you in the face with your own arm" goes to "flapping arms at you wildly without grace or skill" I'm pretty sure with the dip switch settings all you need to do is flip the switches correctly. I'm sure if im wrong someone will correct me. Smiley

Even on the easiest setting, my Street Fighter 2 World Warrior is still pretty tough, you almost have to study the moves lists for the characters and practice to do ok Smiley
