So I was installing my first cap kit on my Popeye today, thought I did everything ok. I turn it on and now I have a blank screen, no picture at all. Did I fry this thing? What did I do wrong? I really need some help with this one. Thanks in advance...

Ok...

You have a blank screen.
Did you hear / smell or see anything fry or smoke?
Can you hear the monitor power up?
Do you see any neck glow on the back of the tube ?
Did you check the fuses?
Did you move any dials on the chassis that may have been glued in one spot?
Did you check to see if it was plugged in at the bottom/connectors?
Are your plugs to your gameboard plugged in?
Do you think you may have accidently put a cap in backwards?
Is your flyback cup plugged all the way in?
Did you plug it in wrong on the audio/video inverter boards?
Is the game playing blind?
