on the second pic i suspect that's a crack in the flyback.

I will have to think about it for a bit. I wasn't able to find anyone that has the flyback transformer for sale so not sure what to do next.

Isolate it with some tape. See if it changes anything. Use caution!

I think for this my diagnosis is a bad flyback and I can't find a way to repair this, there are no available new as far as i can tell.

I recommend posting this question to KLOV, see if anyone else has suggestions.
