Midway pac man board cheap

Got it from an OP.. Had a little baggie with a bad ram chip in it.
same chip that is missing on the board.
The other chip missing is the one you would normally swtich to a fast pac chip.
I got this board because i needed a regular chip because mine came with the fast pac.
You will need to replace a couple chips , but the board should be ok.

Im only gonna ask for $40 + shipping.

I'm interested in this, but I'm concerned about the board missing a chip.

This would be my first project.

Can you point me in the right direction to start researching how I would repair this?

Ultimately I would want to make th is a scratch build replica of the original cab.
