somehow I can't find a transformer with 18vac 22a & 7.5vac 1a from 120VAC looking at making a custom ti 99/4a minicab

Not that surprising really. if it isnt something extremely common you need to make your own transformer.

I would try to find an old microwave (the super heavy ones) and rip the transformer out and rewind the secondary for the taps you need.
