How do i get more then one star above my picture?

dose anyone know where i can get replacement ram for my ms pac board. im not getting any sound and just load hum and speaker popping, i saw online that you should replace the 2l and 2k ram

ebay is usually a cheap place to get that kind of stuff. That's where I'd go.
