Can a Vs Super Mario Bros on the unisystem board be changed to any other game like the VS red tent boards?

Yes, same idea. You can only change that game though, not both sides of the board.

Check out my site for what games are possible. You can run all of them if you get the right PPU and roms. Although, I recommend board swapping not rom swapping.
