A slight update...I posted on the Arcade exchange Facebook page looking for this unicorn of an art kit and was contacted by a guy who said that he had the license to print alot of Konami art back in the day.  He said that he might could do some digging and maybe find the prototypes

Well that was a dead end he couldn't find it.  Hey John did you still want to help?

1. I'm still sourcing a cab so I'm in no hurry
2. If I get this lost art I do not plan on keeping it just for myself.  My main goal is to build a game and my secondary goal is to help other people do the same thing
