Great, John! Now, Gregg will have Robotron to play! But it won't save his high score, so just a battery mod and a 4" joystick and your good to go! Also, you should try to get Gregg on the forums!  ;)

I just wondered what you guys have on your list of favorite rare arcade games!

Mine are "I, Robot", Reactor, Dedicated Major Havoc, Timber, and Marble Madness! And, that is just the highlights of my list!  Grin

So, what are your guy's favorite rare arcade games?  ;)

Not a problem. When I get time this weekend I'll run through the schematic and see if I can find something
Awesome! Thanks!  ;) Cheesy

i actually have most of those caps already. I could easily order the rest and start kitting them. Maybe i'll tear a PSU apart and see if there is anything else worth replacing.
That would be sweet if you could start selling cap kits for it!

would you be willing to sell your broken set?
Sorry. I am going to keep one as a spare.

Yoke wires are ok. Also, I found this helpful writing over on KLOV (pic below). So, there is still something wrong with the pcb. I have ordered some cleaning supplies for the pcb as Tighe has suggested and once I clean it, I can eliminate if anything was not making contact or not. I stumbled up on another cheap untested DK PCB and it had a prob. So, I took the cpu board from that one and linked it with the video board of the one I have been trying to fix. And it worked! So, my prob. is somewhere on the CPU board. And, I still want to fix it.

How hard is it to find the orginal power supplies? Can the old ones be rebuilt like the MCRs?
You won't be finding original Nintendo power supplies that much online, because they are so reliable and on one wants to sell them. Although, occasionally there are Nintendo power supplies up on eBay or KLOV like this one -- http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nintendo-DONKEY-KONG-Arcade-Video-Game-Power-Supply-Tested-Working-100-/111324285613?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19eb71caad

You can rebuild this power supply if you would like. Although, you will have to purchase the capacitors on your own, as no one sells them in a kit.

Ok, so I ordered a pin eraser and other cleaning supplies and we will see what happens! Thanks for the suggestion Tighe!  Cheesy

Also, Ian I will send a PM tonight, whether If I want one or not. I need to think it over.

And, Cocktail mode does not effect it.

You will need to buy a Nintendo 2-Board Harness Adapter -- http://cambridgearcade.dyndns.org/?q=node/68

You will then plug your connectors on to this board and connect the edge connector to the Popeye pcb. And you are done!

Alright, so I received the Braze H/S Kit in the mail, and it works now!  Cheesy The only problem now is that it is upside down. Sad
Before, installing the kit, the error was upside down. (after taking pictures of error on screen to post on forum, the picture randomly flipped)
Now, that I have the kit installed DK is fully working but upside down. Also, I don't want to have to do the braze flip screen hack method either, and the reason for that is that it used to be in the right position (not flipped). So, anyone got any ideas?

Ok! Thanks Guys!  Cheesy Once I get my kit in the mail, I will tell you how it goes!

THANKS!  Cheesy
