I have the oportunety to buy a Nintendo Space Fever cocktail table, with original grafix and stuff, but no pcb for around 200 Euro. The includes the original monitor with chassie and two replacement monitors. Is this wise? I don't think i will ever find a pcb for this game as only two people on klov owns this game. Maybe, and i choke on my own words right now, you could MAME-fy it and include "Space Fury" on MAME. Should i go through with this ?
Any help or suggestions would be helpfull! Ps. I don't know if its color or BW, neither do the seller.

Hi dude
I have a space fever and there not as rare as you may think
Riding on the success of space invaders Nintendo made quite a few
I saw 6 on eBay in the uk last year but I have to say alot were in a really bad way.
Is it black n white ? As these are the rarest
To be honest with out the Pcb it's not worth €100
If you want one look uk eBay ok

Ok, thanks for the info. I don´t know if its the black and white or the colour version. But the main reason for me to go through with this is the two extra monitors. I will check out ebay UK and se if i can find a pcb there.  ;)

There is a guy on KLOV (aeroflot) that restored a Space Fever back in 2009. He had the CPOs vectorised and reprinted, and a lot of other stuff i could use for my restore. The problem is, that im not a full member on KLOV forums, so i can´t contact him. I have no way of making a donation, since my bank account only allows payment done inside the EU. Payment outside the EU costs extra and requires a VISA card. I don´t want to create a Paypal account just to make a 2 dollar donation in order to get a full membership. SOOOOOO....
Could anyone here contact him for me? Maybe someone here knows him already?

(A friend from work usually help me out by letting me transfer money to his paypal account when i order stuff from US and Canada and he does the payments for me. But since im on vacation right now, that can´t be done. Yeah, the main reason for not getting paypal, is that it requres me to get a visa or Mastercard, and its expensive).

So, i bought the game cause i found some parts for it, and it was sorta cheap...

I have the original cab and its in great condition! The cab has the original artwork on the bezel (or what ever it´s called on a cocktail) and the glass is fine. The original body has been sanded and primed. The chrome on the legs is in ok shape.
I Have the original monitor and chassie, the speakers, power supply and the coin mech.

Since somebody drilled extra holes in the control panels, i have to replace them, but i have found replacement parts and one original joystick. I have also located a sound board that im about to buy for 24 dollars.

Stuff i need in order to restore this game.
The Grafix board, (and maybe the holders for this boardset)
The CPU Board.
One 2 way Nintendo joystick.
Buttons for CP one.
Buttonholders.
New CPo´s or files for printing new ones (Found. Thanks Chuckie!)
The harness (Could make one myself if i dont´find one)
And the supposedly hard to find Corners that hold the top glass in place...

Any help is most welcome! Smiley

BTW. Me and the seller agreed upon a price, Im paying 2000 SKR (about 290 USD) for this game, two extra 14 inch monitors (one is brand new), some buttons and joysticks and an old Panasonic PAL Laserdisk player that works!
