Post by: MrHiu2 on February 12, 2011, 10:07:45 pm
Hi all. Looking for a pair of back door keys to a Root Beer Tapper cabinet  ::). Anyone know someone who sells reproduction keys? Or the keys that are use? Thanks.

Also wondering if there is any sound in the intro screen. The past view reviews John did seemed to have sound effects when displaying the demo. Is it a mod? Or is it something I could alter on the games board?

Have you never opened up your game? You should be able to just drill the lock and replace it. All of the locks on these games are standard sizes and replacements can be found easily for less than $5.00.

The attract sounds are a dip switch setting on the PCB.

Here are the settings:

Thanks! I thought it was probably a dip-switch option. Wanted to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with the audio.
