Hi,

My Hantarex monitor isn't working anymore after i took it out,put it back in and ( probably ) put a cable in the wrong socket  Cry

Personally i know little to nothing about arcade monitors but i had a friend coming over to check it out (he knows a lot of old tv's)

He thinks following part is broken:

If i don't get that part i gues i have to replace the whole chassis or the circuitboards ?
(there might be a chance more is broken then just that part)

Here are some more pictures of the monitor/chassis

I think the monitor gets powered all right. the neck glows.
I had to replace a fuse because when i connected the cable wrong it burned through (and in the process destroyed something else).

Power suply works fine too.

Then it might be that chip after all. Just had to make sure since those things are pretty uncommon to fail.

I tried finding the chip but didn't have any luck. I didn't even see one on ebay unless I mistyped something. Sad thing is you have to get a new chassis or a new monitor

If all else fails you can try your query on http://www.dragonslairfans.com/smfor/index.php
There are a lot of european collectors on there and a lot of european cabs had Hantarex monitors.
