So i have 120 volts comming going into the transformer from the line filter but comming out on the line going to the crt i have 125 VAC and on the power supply line i have 107 volts VAC is this cousing the power suppy to max out at 2.7 vDC(5VDC) 7.8 vDC (12 vDC )
1. Power supply hosed 107 VAc ok?
2. Power suppy fine transformer hosed?

Is the power supply a standard switching power supply? Sounds like the adjustment pot is turned way too low. The ac voltages sound fine to me.

switching power, 5 volt adj pot at max (+5 is putting out 2.3 vdc) (+12 vdc is putting out 10.2vdc)(-5 vdc is putting out -1.2 vdc) i think the P|S spiked its from 1982 according to numbers on PS board lots of rust in and on the PS so wheres the best place to buy new ??
P.S found this in the game https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oaLidD9Thfw  its not a common this found ive Been told ?

EDIT: ISO transformer is good didnt read the output line right
