How experienced are you in replacing capacitors? The reason I ask is because some boards are printed incorrectly, you need to pay close attention to the polarity of the caps you pulled out.. Also, as mentioned check all the color and horizontal/vertical adjustments.

Here is an exerpt from a G07 rebuild kit:  "Be sure to install the negative lead of C302 into the hole with the black dot shown on the topside of the chassis. The ( + ) sign on the bottom side of C302 is marked incorrectly".

That looks like a DPDT (double pole double throw) switch. If you take a clear picture front and back to a local electronics store you should be able to get one with tabs that will accept those connectors. Be sure the power to the cabinet is turned off when you transfer the connectors and be sure you hook them up the same way. Also, that switch should be mounted securely. If in doubt find an electrician, it might cost you $50 but now isnt a good time to experiment if you are not confident. Lastly, be careful when the caninet is open, if your game has a crt monitor there is high voltage stored in the tube even when powered off.

Hello, I will preface my response by saying I am an amateur at maintaining my own machines and I usually fix them watching videos by John and other such people who have similar problems. It sounds like your problem is common, I found this video which addresses 3 common issues on Pole Position. Please let me know if this works, I am looking at getting a Pole Position in the future.
